September 2, 2009: Space Media Network was re launched today after sitting out 10 years in the domain farm. It's been a strange turning of the cycle as we move back to in house ad sales for the next couple of years. Network advertising is shot to pieces, and rates keep falling. Over the past 15 years this is the third time we have had to shift back to in house ads for the majority of ad sales. April 1, 2008: Mansfield was selected to participate in the Australia 2020 Summit convened by the Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd to consider Australia's future directions. Selected to take part in the Future directions for rural industries and rural communities stream, Mansfield will contribute his own first hand experiences operating a global news media organization in a small country town on the NSW south coast.
